In the late 1970s in the United Kingdom, Ron Penney had been handpicked to paint Broadlands, the former home of Lord Montgomery Mountbatten in Romsey England where he decorated the chambers of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Under the expert tutelage of his father, Martin has now brought these skills to Adelaide, South Australia.
